The Holston Room in the West wing offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, while you’ll find a lively scene in the Donald Ross Dining Room with its cozy seating and bar setup - not to mention sweeping views of the Smoky Mountains from the veranda.
Comradery from the course, court and card table all converge in the dining rooms at Holston Hills. Here, membership is exemplified as Executive Chef Patrick Budniewski delights patrons with mastered classics, such as his famous Chicken Cordon Bleu, and plays with new flavor profiles like shrimp tacos. Leveraging local ingredients for fresh, bright flavors, Chef continually updates menus to make dining at Holston Hills an act of discovery.
Our lively year-round social calendar compliments holiday traditions, and as our members know, finding an occasion to celebrate comes easy! Easter, Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving - not to mention annual Member-Member and Member-Guest tournaments - are among the club’s exemplary gatherings. On a more routine basis, monthly child care with staff-led activities is offered, freeing parents to enjoy a relaxing meal at the club.
