Supporting healthy lifestyles is at the heart of our club offering and we are so pleased to offer a new Fitness Center, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and key FOB access. Opened in 2016, its wide-ranging strength training and cardio options include state-of-the-art Torque series equipment, Intenza Entertainment Bikes and Octane stride ellipticals to name a few. Members most enjoy the ability to customize and mix-up their workout routines and the flexible hours are a great benefit as well. The Fitness Center is accessible seven days a week from 5 am to 11 pm.
   

Group Classes

Whether you enjoy the stretch-and-strengthen of a yoga class or the heart-pumping energy of circuit training, the group class schedule at Holston Hills has something right up your alley. We make it convenient to stick to your routine, or maybe even try something new, with morning and evening classes throughout the week and a supportive atmosphere.
     

Golf Fitness Clinics & Assessments

There’s much more to improving your game than spending time on the course! In fact, taking a holistic approach can help prevent injury, increase flexibility, build strength, and even sustain skills during the off-season. Holston Hills is excited to offer golf fitness clinics and one-on-one assessments throughout the year to help you take your game to the next level.
